BUDPOSTACH trading company invites a specialist to cooperate for the position of Technical support specialist (HelpDesk) in the office.

Mandatory requirements:

• Education in technical specialties (preferably in the field of IT)
• Experience of working on the first line of support (ServiceDesk) from 1 year.
• Reliable knowledge of iron.
• Practice of basic repair of equipment.

Functional:

• Maintenance of PCs (preparation of new workstations, software installation, solving various problems at the user level)
• Execution of user requests (first support line)
