We are looking for an experienced and independent Technical Support Engineer for our Kharkiv office. Tasks: processing incoming requests, user consultations; solutions problems with "hardware" and software, granting access, installation, configuration and support of software; support and configuration of workplaces in the office and for remote employees; support of the local infrastructure of the office; accounting for the movement of IT equipment; writing instructions for working with services and software optimization and automation of current processes. We expect: experience in technical support or Service Desk service from three years; excellent knowledge of the architecture of modern PCs and laptops, skills in diagnostics and minor repairs; knowledge of the principles of construction and operation of local and global networks, experience in construction and administration Wi-Fi networks; experience in administration of two operating systems from the list: Windows, Linux, macOS; AD and virtualization system administration skills; knowledge and skills in working with system software, its installation and configuration: Git clients, G-Suite, Adobe products /Autodesk, VPN services; experience in writing technical documentation and instructions for users.
