We invite candidates for the position of Technical Support Engineer!

We are looking for a responsible specialist who will provide user support, will resolve incidents and help ensure the smooth operation of cash register equipment and software.

Main duties:

• processing of requests in the Service Desk system;
• remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of cash register equipment (2nd line of support);
• processing and solving requests related to the operation of cash register software;
• consulting users

Our expectations:

• confident PC knowledge (advanced user);
• experience with Linux distributions (mainly Debian);
• knowledge of SQL basics, ability to execute simple queries for diagnostics and analysis data;
• analytical thinking, attentiveness, communication, ability to work in multitasking mode.
