Technical support engineer in STA elektronika

Mon-Fri9:30–6:30 | Full time employment. For many years, we have been working with the best global brands to provide reliable protection for facilities of all sizes - from small offices to industrial giants.

Our office is located in the center of Kyiv - it is convenient to get to from any district, and the Olimpiyska metro station is nearby.

We have a small, but very close-knit team. We value professionalism, respect and humor, love our work and do it 100%. We are currently looking for one more Technical Support Engineer to grow even stronger together.

What you will do

• Advise customers on selection, installation and operation security equipment and software
• Provide technical support by phone, mail and in messengers
• Help managers in the preparation of projects
• Localize firmware and interfaces, translate and create instructions (English)
• Prepare training materials and conduct training for partners
• Communicate with suppliers, solve technical issues(English)
• Collect and configure PCs, carry out pre-sale preparation
• Keep records of equipment repairs and assist service engineers with testing

What we are expected

       Must-have

• Computer hardware and OS skills
• Understanding the principles of construction and configuration networks
• Basic knowledge of technical diagnosticsproblems
• Ukrainian - fluent, English - not lower than Intermediate
• Higher or special technical education

     Will be a plus

• Experience with security equipment or in the security industry
• Previous work in a similar position
• Availability of reservation/deferment
