Engineer of technical support in ELEKTRON-KOM, TOV

Electro-Comm, LLC is a leading supplier of electrical equipment in the Ukrainian market. We are looking for vigorous and responsible technical support engineer for our team in Kyiv.
What will you do:
- provide technical support to clients by phone or e-mail;
- solve technical issues and problems with equipment;
- to coordinate visiting service engineers at customer objects;
- to provide interaction with sales and technical support departments to solve customer issues.
(electrical engineering, electronics, etc.); - experience in the field of technical support will be an advantage;
- excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- good knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian, knowledge of English- will be a plus.
