Technical support engineer in Bazhaemo zdorov’ya, merezha aptek

Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a technical support engineer to work in our office

Responsibilities:

• Technical support of users by phone and remotely;
• Working with requests in the Service system Desk;
• Remote debugging and administration of operating systems;

• Installation and configuration of standard and specialized software.

Requirements:

• Higher education;

• Administrative knowledge of Windows XP OS, 7.8 ,10,11 Linux OS (Debian);

• Basic knowledge of accounting (at the level of a non-professional higher education institution);

• Analytical mindset;
< li>Experience of working with Service desk or CRM systems;
• Experience of working as a system administrator or technical support specialist;

• Responsibility;

Ability to learn and constantly improve level;

• Ability to work in a team;

• Readiness for intensive work mode.

< strong>It is desirable to have:

• Experience in supporting software products with a large number of users;

• Understanding the principles of PRO work.
