Technical support engineer in HOLDING-SITI, TOV

We invite a technical support engineer to our team (5 people in the IT department).

Our company is part of a real estate management holding. One of the implemented projects is the "Comfort Town" residential complex, which is recognized as the best infrastructure in its class according to the Realt Golden Key version: a large area of ​​landscaping, sports locations, a wide list of service facilities, spacious parking lots, low-rise buildings, the presence of shelters.< /p>

What it will be necessary to:

• conduct software and technical support of computers (installation, configuration, repair);
• consult users;
• maintain computer and office equipment;
• install and configure network equipment;
• diagnose and repair local computer networks.

Relevant skills:

• knowledge of PC hardware (assembly, prevention, diagnostics, minor repairs) ; network technologies, protocols, ports; office programs (MS Office, Abbyy, Adobe); applied accounting programs for reporting (m.e.doc, freezvit);
• experience in maintenance (installation, repair) of local computer networks and office equipment (printers, scanners, BFP);
• knowledge and experience working with network equipment (switches, routers, access points);
• work experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022; experience in installing and configuring the Windows 7/8/10/11 line;
• knowledge and understanding of DNS, DHCP, WDS, WSUS, Terminal services;
• experience in installation, administration will be an advantage and operating Unix/Linux (Proxy, Samba, LAMP, mail), MS Exchange administration experience (from 2013), 1C 7.7/8.

Selection involves an HR interview, a technical interview with the head of the department, polygraph testing for trustworthiness.
