Technical support engineer in DOPOMOGA UKRAINE

Our client, a manufacturer of innovative energy-efficient solutions for heating and cooling systems, ventilation and air conditioning, as well as industrial automation, operating on the Ukrainian market for more than 25 years, announces a competition for the vacancy: “Technical support engineer, m . Kyiv."
 
JOB DUTIES:

• Processing customer requests before and after sales;
• Provision of technical support and consultations by phone or e-mail;
• Analysis of project requirements and selection of products for price proposals;
• Cooperation with sales teams and project groups;
• li>Preparation of project proposals and drawings in AutoCAD;
• Registration of requests in CRM;
• Informing the manager about customer problems and opportunities for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Higher education (electrical engineering or heat engineering);
• Experience in designing and installing heating systems, heating points or electric heating systems;
• In-depth knowledge of heat supply, water supply and operation of thermal plants (experience in this field will be an advantage);
• English language from Intermediate and above (to understand technical terminology and communication);

• Knowledge of programs: AutoCAD, MS Office.
