Functional duties:
- Provide support, advise company employeeson issues related to computer equipment and software
- Provide support for IT equipment, peripherals, communication channels and software
- < em>Work in the application system (receiving, routing applications from users, solving problems)
Requirements:
- Technical higher education( or a student with ability to work full-time)
- Experience with technical user supportfor half a year or more; li>
- Experience and knowledge of installation and support of Windows OS, MS Office and standard software;
- Basic network knowledge (incl. experience of physical installation), TCP/IR protocol, telephony;
- Knowledge of hardware part of PC, setting up printers and other office peripheral equipment;
- Desire to work in a team of professionals;
- Communicativeness, ability to clearly communicate thoughts, stress resistance, persistence and patience, attention to details, systematic approach, responsibility.
