Technical support engineer in SITEL, TOV

We invite a Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

• Resolve subscriber inquiries related to connecting to Internet, router settings, as well as other technical issues;
• Working out outgoing calls to support existing customers;

What is needed for this:

• Understanding how the network works, routing;
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language, both written and spoken;
• Good command of a computer and office programs;
< li>Be able to independently solve problems that have not been encountered before;
• High sociability and ability to work with stress;
• Desire to grow professionally.
