Technical support engineer in Atmosfera

We are currently looking for "Engineer of Photoelectric Plants"!

Required:

• technical education (preferably in the field of electrical engineering, electricity, renewable energy sources, etc.)
• English at the level of email communication
• good communication skills (not afraid to communicate on the phone)
• ability to independently search for information, proactivity

Would be preferred:

• experience in the field of renewable energy

Main responsibilities:

• Technical consultations of Partners on the company's products (inverters, charge controllers, photovoltaic modules and etc.)
• Equipment setup
• Equipment selection, preparation of commercial offers (autonomous, hybrid, network stations, etc.)
• Maintenance of service cases, communication with technical support of manufacturers (language of communication is English)
• Visits to objects (settings, service, technical inspections)
• Preparation of technical documentation (instructions, datasheet, etc.)
