Duties: registration and processing of requests from customers as part of the 1st line of technical support, detection, response and analysis of violations and IS incidents (SOC) solving IT support tasks - IT systems and tools: monitoring and control of system status; diagnosis and resolution of incidents. implementation and testing of: infrastructure services; network solutions; server equipment; information security systems. development of project and work documentation; development of algorithms and scenarios (scripts) for IT automation / IT tasks; conducting educational presentations. Expectations from the candidate: higher education, knowledge of the principles of building and functioning of networks and TCP/IP stack protocols, knowledge of the Windows and Linux OC model, knowledge of the OSI network model, automation experience (bash, python), understanding of the basic principles of IT, knowledge and desire to understand new software, technologies, problems, etc., stress resistance.
