Technical support consultant (morning) in 3Shape Ukraine

Location: Kyiv.

Main duties:

• provide professional technical support regarding the operation of hardware (3D scanners) and software of the 3Shape company, using various means of communication (online, telephone, e-mail and periodic meetings with clients);
• process client requests: collect, record and systematize information from customers in the CRM system in compliance with company procedures;
• interact and share feedback from customers with other departments.

Basic requirements:

• customer orientation;
• effective communication skills;
• competent oral and written language at B2 level ( aEnglish+Ukrainian);
• the ability to solve problems and think logically;
• orientation on the result and stress resistance;
• the desire for self-improvement and the desire to learn;
• experience in the field of customer support will be an advantage;
• ability to think analytically, work in multitasking mode and understand the needs and problems of customers;
