Technical support and service manager in FOGO-Ukraina

Ukrservice Trading House is an official dealer of the Polish generator manufacturer Fogo (https://fogo.ua/) and is one of the three most powerful suppliers of diesel generators in Ukraine.

You will be part of a team of professionals in your field. In the structure of TD Ukrservice there is a team of service engineers for installation and maintenance of generators. We offer customers ready-made solutions.

We are looking for a Technical support and service manager in the team.

What are the responsibilities:

• Processing of incoming requests (registration of the incoming request in the CRM program, creating and filling out a service/repair card according to the requirements and the provided information, defining the algorithm with engineers actions).
• Agreement with the client of algorithms and the cost of work.
• Agreement on the planning of work by engineers and control over execution.
• Issue of invoices, acts of work performed, expenditure documents.
• Closing of completed works in the CRM program (CO card, repair card).
