- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, AD, MS SQL, OS Windows), Service Desk / Help Desk
- Experience with Lims, PAS-X, Empower software is desirable
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
