- English Knowledge of Upper-Intetermediate/Advanced
- Understanding the Basics of Communication with the Customer and Inside Team
- Ability to Search and Find Information from Different Sources
- Factors;
- Customer Experience
- Evening Change -CP, 14: 00-23: 00; 9.00-18.00 or 11.00-20.00. FONT-Weight: 400 "> will be a plus
- WordPress experience (or other CMS System, Designers);
- Working on Quality Improvement, Learning Agents
- Support System Experience (Chat Agents, System Tickets, CRM)
Basic functional responsibilities, tasks
- Report and Transfer of Bagues;

- Communication with Customers in Chats
- Constant training and technical knowledge; (optional);
