The Ukrainian product IT company "YellowStone" is opening a vacancy for a Technical Support Agent with knowledge of the Polish language. What will you do?
- Provide advice on company products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries via e-mail, chat and, if necessary, phone (up to 15% of the time).
- Refer complex technical or financial questions to relevant departments.
- Report possible problems or errors on our resources to ensure they are quickly fixed.
What does it take to succeed?
- Fluent command of the Polish language (B2 and above).
- Confident command of a PC and readiness to work with new tools.
- High communication skills (verbal and in writing).
- Experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.

< ul>- Mode 2/2 ( 8:00 am to 8:00 pm two days, two weekends, then 20:00–8:00 two days).
