Phonet is looking for specialists for a vacancy Specialist tech. IT support.

Requirements:

• Experience in technical support from 1 year;
• Fluent command of a computer, office programs;
• High communication skills and command of the Ukrainian language;

It will be a plus (optional):

• Ability to administer Unix systems;
• Understanding the principles of operation of the SIP protocol;

• Working with technical requests in the application system;
• Technical consultations of clients;
• Writing instructions;
• Setting up software solutions;

Working conditions:
