Responsibilities:

• Answering customer calls and processing requests through chats;
• Analyzing the problems of using the site by users;
• Advising users about the use of credit products and other company services;

 Requirements:

• Fluent knowledge of the Ukrainian language;
• Good communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts;
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies;
• No work experience mandatory.
