We are currently looking for a Technical SEO & ASO Specialist for the PawChamp team.

What challenges await:

As an SEO & ASO Specialist, you will drive the organic growth of PawChamp on two fronts: web search (Google) and mobile stores (App Store, Google Play). You will work at the intersection of technical SEO and ASO optimization, converting the search demand of dog owners into downloading the application and registering on the platform. Your task is to create a strong synergy between the site and the application to maximize targeted traffic.

Main areas of your work:

• Technical & On-page SEO: conducting technical audits, working with crawling budget, scanning and indexing. Optimization of Core Web Vitals, implementation of micro-markup and preparation of clear technical specifications for the development team.
• ASO (App Store Optimization): optimization of text metadata (title, subtitle, keywords) and preparation of technical specifications for visual elements (icons, screenshots).
• Semantic Core & Intent: collection, clustering and regular updating of the semantic core for web and mobile markets taking into account the difference in search intent.
• Analytics & Reporting: tracking positions, traffic and conversions. Work with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, GA4 and specialized ASO platforms to find new growth points and make data-driven decisions.

What is important to us:

• Experience in SEO (with a focus on technical optimization and Western markets) from 1.5 years;
• Practical experience in ASO optimization (understanding of App Store and Google algorithms Play);
• Confident command of tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog / Sitebulb, GA4;
• Experience of working in Google Play Console, App Store Connect and with profile ASO-tools (AppTweak, Sensor Tower, MobileAction, etc.);
• Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher (working with semantics and metadata in English);
• Readiness for a fast pace, independent decision-making and teamwork interactions.

Experience that will be an advantage:

• Experience in building Web and App synergy (Firebase App Indexing, Universal Links, Deep linking);
• Understanding the impact of paid traffic (Apple Search Ads, UAC) on organics in ASO;
• Experience in Link building (outreach, guest posts) to increase authority domain;
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS for effective communication with developers;
• Experience in Pet-tech or Health-tech niches;
• Active use of AI tools to optimize routine processes.
