If you:

— Sociable; 

— Capable of effective communication with different groups of people; including those who are not computer literate;

— Willing to improve themselves; 

— Quickly learn and master new technologies. 

Soft skills: 

— Critical thinking; 

— Ability to allocate time effectively; 

— The ability to actively interact with colleagues to achieve common goals;

— Flexibility and adaptability to changing working conditions. 

Hard skills: 

— Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure: experience with modern operating systems (Windows, macOS); 

— Experience in technical support and troubleshooting; 

— Knowledge of the principles of operation of browsers, VPNs and proxy servers; 

- Mastery of Excel.

It will be an advantage: 

— Understanding of network protocols (HTTP, HTTPS); 

— Experience working with anti-detection browsers; 

— Knowledge of the basics of programming for process automation;

— English - B1 and above.
