Skyeton is an international aviation company specializing in the development and production of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to strengthen our team for long-term cooperation. The work format is hybrid: 3 days a week in the office, 2 days remotely.

The main tasks expected of you:
You will manage the full cycle of recruiting, focusing on middle+ and higher level technical vacancies. Your tasks will include finding rare professionals valuable to our industry, building a strong professional network, and facilitating the development of internal recruiting processes.

Expected Skills:

- At least 2 years of experience as a technical recruiter.
—Experience in actively searching for technical specialists for the miltech market or successfully closing vacancies for technical specialists in hardware and related industries.
—Understanding the technicalities of various specialist profiles to more accurately communicate with hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience in engaging passive candidates.
