A group of companies, known for its solutions in the field of robotic systems, due to expansion, restructuring and the desire to move to a deeper approach to the development of its products in search for Technical Project Manager (Ground Control Stations).

We are working to create innovative technologies that help the military more effectively conduct combat operations, perform reconnaissance and support operations with minimal risk to life. Our goal is to provide the armed forces with high-tech tools that improve the management and coordination of operations in real time.

The Technical Project Manager will ensure innovation and speed of development technologies, to coordinate a team that will have its own unique strategic vision of project development for the next few years.

We are looking for an experienced specialist ready to lead a technical team and to ensure the successful implementation of the project, which will be a significant contribution to increasing defense capabilities. Such a person will offer his own solutions regarding developments. On the basis of feedback from the customer, adjust and improve technologies in order to transfer the product to the government.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of development and implementation of complex engineering solutions ;
• Higher education, knowledge of the English language from level B1;
• Being ready for business trips;
• Understanding robotics technologies, automated systems and military technologies;

• Experience in managing large projects and teams;
• High result orientation, ability to think strategically and make decisions;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels.

Responsibilities:

• Provision, control and support of the product life cycle: development, launch into production, receiving feedback, modernization;
• Organization of an orderly and synchronous process of mechanical, hardware, software development; to ensure the process of promoting the product on the market;
• Team management: formation and management of a team of researchers, engineers, developers and other specialists;
• Control over the maintenance of technical and project documentation of the project;

• Ensuring feedback from users, analysis, and decision-making regarding improvement or defect correction;
• Budgeting and cost control: development and control of the project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources, control costs and securitytheir relevance to the goals and the project;
• Following technological trends: monitoring technological trends, scientific research and innovative markets with the aim of maintaining leadership positions on the market and using advanced technologies in work.
