Our partner is a miltech company, a leader in the development of unmanned systems, looking for Technical Project Manager for the creation, production and maintenance of the wing-type UAV.

In modern conflicts, technological advantage becomes a decisive factor , which allows you to effectively resist even much larger enemy forces. The application of advanced developments in the field of unmanned systems is one of the ways that plays a key role in the performance of reconnaissance and combat missions. UAVs are developed to collect data, monitor and provide support to combat operations, helping the military to obtain critical information and perform missions with high precision.

Provides full the drone development cycle from initial concept to series production. The engineering team uses innovative technologies, works to optimize each stage of production and integrates advanced solutions into each new product. Special attention is paid to testing and production to ensure the reliability and performance of the technique in real-world conditions.

In this role, you will be involved in every stage of product creation its modernization according to requests from the military. You will coordinate the work of the engineering team, integrate the latest solutions, manage the testing and serial production processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of development and implementation of complex engineering solutions; /li>
• Higher education, knowledge of the English language from level B1;
• Be ready for business trips;
• Understanding robotics technologies, automated systems and military technologies;
• li>Experience in managing large projects and teams;
• High result orientation, strategic thinking and decision-making ability;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels.

Responsibilities:

• Provision, control and support of the product life cycle: development, launch into production, receiving feedback, modernization;

  • Organization of an orderly and synchronous development process of the mechanical, hardware, software part;
  • Ensuring the interaction process of the development team between the company's divisions;
  • Communicating with the marketing and sales departments to ensure the process of promoting the product on the market;
  • Team management: formation and management of a team of researchers, engineers, developers and other specialists;
  • Control over the maintenance of technical and project documentation of the project;
  • li>Ensuring feedback from users, analysis, and decision-making regarding improvement or defect correctiontives;
  • Budgeting and cost control: development and control of the project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources, cost control and ensuring their compliance with the goals and project;
  • Technological trend monitoring: monitoring of technological trends , scientific research and innovative markets with the goal of maintaining leadership positions on the market and using advanced technologies in work.
