Must have skills

• Good knowledge of project management principles, processes and challenges; Previous experience is highly appreciated.
• Understanding the pitfalls of projects and project politics.
• General IT knowledge: Linux OS, Databases (Oracles and Postgres), Software development lifecycle, Agile methodology.
• Team spirit, Great communication and presentation skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn more about our Software as well as our business domain.
• Ability to have business trips all over the world

Nice to have skills

• The functional knowledge of Equities or Forex trading would be a plus.
• Knowledge of Trading and Financial Markets (FIX protocol, Trading workflow).
• Good understanding of trading systems (connectivity gateways, frontend, Backend, middle and back offices, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Management of multiple projects, with handling the project life cycle (e.g. gathering of requirements, handling client's requests/questions, etc).
• Manage project's scope and change requests.
• Creating client and senior management reporting through the appropriate communications tools to ensure transparency.
• Interaction with development teams/product teams for each client release.
• Participate in functional testing which can be in either Equities or FOREX trading domains.
• Participating in the sanity checks and testing and organizing the certification process (Market, FIX, etc) when necessary.
• Identify improvement areas and propose/design/implement solutions and new ways of working.
