Philip Morris Ukraine, on behalf of its partner – Manpower Ukraine, is looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our IT department. This role involves managing complex projects initiated by various departments within the company to enhance business operations and digitalize processes. The Technical Project Manager will regularly engage with stakeholders to understand their ideas and business needs, create technical specifications, and coordinate with our IT service providers (developers and their project managers). Additionally, the role requires communication with global functions of our company regarding integrations with interfaces are supported at a global level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage complex projects to improve business processes and digitalization efforts
- Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly communicate with various departments to understand their business needs and ideas
- Technical Specifications: Develop detailed technical tasks and hand them over to our IT service providers
- Global Integration: Coordinate with global functions for integration with global interfaces (e.g., SAP)
- Architectural Diagrams: Create architectural diagrams to present and defend projects and modifications to Legal & InfoSec departments
- Documentation: Timely document projects and update articles in Confluence
- Business Intelligence Support: Assist the Business Intelligence department in building reports based on project data
- Cost Analysis: Analyze IT service costs provided by vendors and AWS and strive to minimize expenses
Required Skills:
- Communication: Proficient in various communication methods including email, messengers, and ticketing systems
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Snowflake, ClickUp, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate (B2)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in managing IT projects within an FMCG environment
- Experience applying the aforementioned technologies/applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
