Technical Product Manager / Delivery Owner in Laflei SL

We are a product-driven company in the mobility / rental tech space, building and scaling multiple digital products, including a Core SaaS platform, an aggregator, and a web direction.
We operate as business partners, focusing on results, transparency, and efficiency.

Technical Product Manager / Delivery Owner is a key role: you will take full ownership of development delivery and become the main point of contact for the founder.

Location: Remote (full-time)

Responsibilities

• Own and manage delivery across all company products
• Ensure deadlines and transparency of development processes
• Prioritize tasks across multiple projects
• Decompose business requirements into actionable tasks
• Manage team workload and developer efficiency
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Act as the main communication bridge between founder and tech team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as Product Manager / Delivery Manager
• Experience managing multiple products simultaneously
• Strong prioritization and deadline management skills
• Solid understanding of development processes (technical background is a plus)
• High ownership mindset and ability to work in ambiguity
• English - B2+, Russian - C1+
