Technical Operations Engineer (IDM, Identity Management) in SKyPRO Ukraine Ltd

We are looking for

- A technical specialist willing to learn or expand his knowledge in the field of Identity Management (IDM)

- Rspoken English at the Intermediate level (B1-B2)(you will work with clients from all over the world).                                                                     

Skills:

- Knowledge of Linux (command line);

- bash/shell;- Knowledge of JavaScript;

- understanding of REST, SOAP, Protocol/Network Stack;

- Skills in working with SQL or NoSQL DB;

- at least 1 year of experience.                       

Will be a plus:

-Java, XML, XSLT, JDBC, LDAP; 

-git, Jira, WordPress CMS.

Soft skills:

- Communication skills;

- analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot;

- attentiveness and curiosity;

- high level of autonomy and ability to self-organize;

- desire and ability to learn new and challenging things topics/tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

- IDM development = a cross between conventional and visual development;

- the successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues with platforms, workflow optimization and solution development;

- troubleshooting production and development systems;

- support for existing environments;

- participate in integration with other counterparties;

- joint working with the production support team - joint releases and troubleshooting customer problems;

- documenting the installation/configuration process.
