In connection with the opening of a new warehouse, we are looking for a technical manager!

Knowledge, skills and experiencethat we would like to see in the candidate:

· Experience in a similar position with experience in production.

· Confident command of Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks.

· Ability to read and create design and technological documentation according to DSTU/GOST/ISO.

· Knowledge the basics of mechanical engineering, materials science, tolerances and fits.

· industrial equipment, pumps, heat exchangers, tanks, pipelines, fittings.

· Knowledge of standard elements: fasteners, shafts, bearings, flanges, profiled metal, stainless steel, plastic pipes.

· Development of design documentation: 3D models, drawings, specifications, assembly units.

· Creation and updating of technological and general plant drawings, sketches, detailing.

· Organization of smooth operation of production.

· Organization of work with subcontractors.

· Automation of processes.

· Experience of working with bottling lines for finished products, equipment for making pours, blowing machines is welcome and TPA.

What you will have to deal with:

· Control of compliance of manufactured products with design documentation.

· Planning and implementationPPR.

· Modernization of equipment and automation of processes.

· Rapid troubleshooting and start of production.

· Launch of new equipment.

The control of the availability of spare parts.

The organization of the service of mechanics, plumbers, engineers, and spare parts supply managers.

The selection and training of production personnel (if necessary, participation in repair work).
