We are on a constant path to development, and are currently looking for a Technical Information and Service Support Specialist in the loading equipment and warehouse equipment service department

Functional on this positions:

• Communication with manufacturers and suppliers of loading equipment and equipment.
• Translation and adaptation of technical information from the manufacturing plant.
• Operative consultation of managers and service engineers.
• Setting up diagnostic software.
• Processing harent complaints.
• Preparation and conducting of technical trainings.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• English language is not inferior level B1.
• Higher technical education.
• Understanding the structure of special equipment/road vehicles will be a plus

What we offer:

• Work schedule from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., a hybrid work schedule is possible
• Rate 35,000 UAH. and a quarterly KPI of UAH 15,000. Stable payment of wages without delays, paid vacation and sick leave
