Duties: Development of technical tasks for the design of new equipment, its modernization and repair. Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the plant's equipment. Introduction of new machinery and equipment into operation. Preparation of the budget for the introduction of new machinery, modernization and repairs of equipment. Planning and control of the work of the technical department (mechanical and energy services). Formation of applications for equipment, spare parts, devices and materials. Control of compliance with deadlines and quality of implementation work in the technical department. Development and organization of the implementation of service regulations. Work with contractors (with/parts and technical services). Conclusion of contracts. Work with technical documentation. Requirements: Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years in production. Higher technical education. Good understanding of engineering systems and their functionality. Ability to manage projects and organize the work of subcontractors. High level of organizational, communication and analytical skills; Experience in managing people.
