Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the work of the technical department on the part of the Customer.

• Interaction with the general designer:

  • monitoring the deadlines for project execution works;

  • quality control of design documentation;

  • coordination of engineering and architectural solutions;

  • optimization of design solutions;

  • acceptance of completed works, closing of acts and control of calculations.

• Coordination of the work of designers in all sections of the project.

• Debugging effective interaction between the Customer, the project manager and the general designer on design issues.

• Ensuring the consistency of all sections of the project documentation with each other.

• Organizing and holding working meetings with the general designer, designers and sub-designers on all issues related to design.

Personal qualities:

• Responsibility and attention to details.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate.
