Technical director in Tensore

Your tasks at Tencore:

• Formation and development of the Development Scaling Department.
• Recruitment and team management (engineers, technologists, designers, technical writers).
• Acceptance of developments from R&D and organization of bringing them to a pre-production sample.
• Selection of component base taking into account availability, cost, logistics and life cycle.
• Building and validation of production hypotheses together with production.
• Formation a complete set of production documentation (BOM, drawings, specifications, instructions).
• Starting a pre-production batch and transferring the product to serial production.
• Implementation of change management and configuration control processes.

To be successful in this position, you must:

• Experience in building and managing a multidisciplinary engineering team (designers, technologists, supply chain, technical writers).
• Deep understanding of the transition process from R&D prototype to serial production (NPI, DFM/DFA, DFT).
• Practical experience working with technical documentation: specifications, BOM, drawings, change management.
• Experience in implementing processes through PLM/ERP systems (Jira, Odoo, SAP or similar).
• English language - from B2 (working with international suppliers and documentation).
