BUDMEISTER Construction Mixture Factory LLP is a powerful national manufacturer of quality construction mixes, a modern Ukrainian enterprise whose most important principle is the production of European quality products, invites an experienced professional to its team - Technical Director.

Requirements for our candidate:

• Higher technical education (preferably: Chemical technology, Materials engineering, Construction materials production technology).
• Deep understanding of dry production technologies construction mixtures and liquid dispersions.
• Knowledge of equipment, mixing processes, packaging, quality control.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial technical positions in the production of building materials, chemical industry, food powders/mixtures or pharmaceuticals.

Key competencies and skills:

• Experience in managing production units (20+ people), including the laboratory, technological department, repair service.
• Successful experience in launching new production lines or capacity scaling.
• Ability to optimize production processes: cost reduction, increase OEE of equipment, reduction downtime.
• Experience in implementing quality systems (ISO 9001) and managing R&D projects.
• Energy management skills and reducing costs for gas, electricity, fuel.
• Ability to work in transformation conditions: building processes from scratch, working at 2 locations (Kyiv + Pavlograd).
• Strong analytical skills, system thinking, result orientation.

What will be included in your duties:

• Management of the technical department:
• Management of 4 divisions: laboratory (Kyiv + Pavlograd), technology department, building technologies department, engineering and maintenance department.
• Ensuring smooth operation of equipment:
• Minimizing downtime, optimizing PPR, managing repair service at 2 factories
• Optimizing production costs:
• Reducing energy consumption, raw material costs, increasing the output of finished products
• Management of product quality:
• Control of complaints, implementation of quality standards, coordination of laboratory work.
• Development and introduction of new products:
• Management of R&D projects, expansion of the assortment in trending niches (gypsum mixtures, thermal insulation systems).
• Strategic projects:
• Implementation of the railway line project in Kyiv, transfer of high-margin SKUs from Pavlograd to Kyiv, modernization of equipment.
