Technical director in Fond energoefektivnosti

Requirements: Higher education at least second level (Masters) in engineering, construction or other related field. At least 7 years of general work experience in engineering, design or construction and 3 years of experience in management positions in the specified fields.

Fluency in Ukrainian, English - level B-2 and above. 

Advantages: experience of working with condominiums in renovation, modernization and/or construction projects, experience of working with international organizations and/or international financial organizations providing financial assistance / lending / grants; with projects of international technical assistance in the field of energy efficiency; in the Board of Directors of similar institutions, the presence of letters of recommendation from institutions of the World Bank (IFC, IBRD) / European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) / European Investment Bank (EIB) and / or international technical assistance projects and / or other international financial organizations that have experience of cooperation with Ukraine.

Main responsibilities: 

1) organizing the work of the Fund's technical office;

2) organizing the introduction of best practices and experience in in the field of energy efficiency, technical training in the specified field;

3) organization of providing consultations to applicants regarding possible improvement of the technical component of their applications for partial reimbursement;

4) organization of technical evaluation of energy efficiency projects, providing conclusions on compliance of applications for partial reimbursement and projects with the technical requirements of the Fund;

5) organizing the development of technical compliance criteria for partner banks and other intermediaries that will be involved in the implementation of projects financed by the Fund;

6) organizing the development of recommendations for the selection of construction companies and other contractors that will be involved in implementation of projects to be financed by the Fund;

7) organization of development of eligibility criteria for persons who may be involved in verification of projects after their completion;

8) organization of development of a list of energy efficiency measures, for the implementation of which the Fund can provide partial compensation, as well as the development and implementation of programs aimed at achieving an economically justified level of energy efficiency;

9) organization of constant monitoring and analysis of the quality of energy efficiency measures carried out with the participation of the Fund, preparation relevant reports;

10) organization of supervision over the state of implementation of energy efficiency projects during their implementation;

11) organization of verification of projects after their completion and organization of independent verification by those involved by individuals;

12) organizing the collection of information on actual energy savings as a result of the implementation of measures financed by the Fund;

13) organizing the creation and maintenance of databases on projects implemented within the framework of the Fund's programs , their effectiveness, as well as any other databases it needs Fund;

14) performance of other functionsprovided by the Foundation's Statute.

To participate in the competitive selection the applicant sends by e-mail:

6. A copy of the document certifying the level of proficiency in the state language (according to Law of Ukraine On ensuring the functioning of the Ukrainian language as a state language").
7. A copy of a document certifying the level of English language proficiency at a level not lower than B2.
8. A copy of the employment record (if available) or information on employment from the Register of Insured Persons in the form of a certificate "Extract from the electronic employment record" (other confirmations work experience and management experience).
9. A copy of a military registration document or an electronic military registration document generated as of the date of submission of documents for participation in the competitive selection, with relevant details and data update marks.
