We are looking for a Technical buyer who will manage the full cycle of purchasing, works, goods and services within the technical category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process
• Conduct the market research, analyze commercial offers and monitor price trend ensure optimal purchasing conditions
• Develop and implement the sourcing strategy
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and delivery terms 
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolution of any issues that may arise
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders 
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and make recommendations for improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and current legislation
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including contracts and purchase orders
• Assist with the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in technical procurement (preferably in manufacturing or construction).
• Ability to analyze technical and commercial information
• English level: Intermediate or higher
• Familiarity with contract management and legal requirements
• Confident user of MS Office, SAP knowledge will be advantage
• Skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
