We are looking for a Technical buyer who will manage the full cycle of purchasing, works, goods and services within the technical category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process
- Conduct the market research, analyze commercial offers and monitor price trend ensure optimal purchasing conditions
- Develop and implement the sourcing strategy
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and delivery terms
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolution of any issues that may arise
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and current legislation
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including contracts and purchase orders
- Assist with the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in technical procurement (preferably in manufacturing or construction).
- Ability to analyze technical and commercial information
- English level: Intermediate or higher
- Familiarity with contract management and legal requirements
- Confident user of MS Office, SAP knowledge will be advantage
- Skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
