Description:

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes, a technical background, and experience working across various aspects of the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business process analysis.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Technical background, including experience in development or automated testing.
• Experience working with APIs and web services.
• Ability to formulate high-level technical requirements for software products.
• Experience writing technical specifications for developers.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and accurately.
• Proficiency in both English and Ukrainian at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Experience in backlog management and requirement lifecycle management.
• Experience writing user guides and technical specifications for projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• Ability to think strategically about how solutions can drive business growth.
• Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with eCommerce platforms (not mandatory, but a strong background in development or testing, understanding project architecture, and the ability to document and organize requirements is essential).
• Key Responsibilities:
• Gather requirements, build a comprehensive vision of the architecture, project, individual functionalities, and processes.
• Utilize various tools for documenting, visualizing, and structuring requirements (LucidChart, Figma, Miro, Jira, GoogleDocs, Excel, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers to find and test solutions to technical problems and challenges.
• Manage the backlog: define the scope, write technical specifications, prioritize tasks with the PM and PO
• Scope decomposition and functional dependencies documentation.
• User guides development and technical documentation in Confluence.
• Optional additional responsibilities: participate in pre-sales processes and/or organize Discovery projects.
