We are looking for an experienced technical 3D animator who specializes in Unreal to create realistic, complex and diverse animations that will be used in architectural and gaming experiences. These animations should represent people, vehicles, and other simulation participants with near-real-world accuracy, providing the variety needed to immerse the player in realism.Experience with Epic Games' City Sample Crowds is preferred, including the ability to add animations, program crowd behavior logic, tazamine skinning clothes, and the optimization of crowds for real-time work. You will be responsible for a significant part of the technical development of animation systems in Unreal and related processes. Create an animation system that allows you to adapt a large number of animations to real time, ensuring the realism, complexity and variety of real-world animations. Our company will: Develop a system for managing crowds and their animations. Create systems for managing realistic animations of people performing complex actions, including convergence / exiting vehicles, reacting to player actions, swimming, dancing, rolling, and cycling, and support realistic animal walking, running, and flying animations. Develop a system that changes animations to increase variety while maintaining realism. Adapt animations to different constraints by changing length step, interacting with objects, etc. We are looking for a person with the following qualities: Experience working with game systems and real-time animation systems. Understanding of the principles of animation systems, because it is impossible to create a unique animation for everything, therefore it is critical to effectively divide work into stages and phases. Advanced work experience with Unreal Engine or similar platforms. Desired additional skills: Experience in projects with a large number of characters and mobs. Ability to create procedural animation systems. Rigging skills. Experience in animation blending. Knowledge of working with Unreal Engine and Animation Blueprints.
