The company is looking for a Tech Scout who has a deep understanding of the engineering and miltech domain and is able to find technological solutions that can strengthen our systems. This is a role for someone who sees technology in dynamics, understands how it works internally, and can analytically evaluate other people's designs to find enemy weaknesses and convert them into advantages for our engineering teams. font-weight: 400">
Analysis and technical assessment of enemy solutions, systems and technological components.
Search for promising technical solutions (embedded, communication, control, payloads, etc.) for integration or counteraction.
Preparation of reports and presentations for engineering teams, participation in the formation of technical product priorities.
Interaction with engineers, designers, system integrators to test hypotheses and technical assumptions.
Monitoring trends in the field of unmanned and ground systems, communication systems, navigation, control.
Requirements:
Technical education (electronics, mechatronics, systems engineering, automation, telecommunications or related).
Understanding the architecture of modern military or dual technologies: control systems, communications, sensors, software.
Experience in the field of R&D, engineering, integration or technical analysis of complex systems.
Strong analytical thinking, attentiveness, ability to structure technical information and draw conclusions.
English - B2+ (reading technical documentation, technical communications).
Will be an advantage:
Practical experience in miltech / defense projects.
Experience in reverse engineering, technical audit or integration of complex systems.
Knowledge of analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Python/R - for modeling or statistics).
Understanding of structure and the logic of the enemy's technological solutions.
