Headquartered in New York City, Insticator’s global footprint spans the US, Canada, India, the Philippines, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.About The RoleInsticator is looking to grow our Technical Account Management team where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth roll-out of Insticator products, including ad serving, dealing with ad hoc publisher queries, and addressing issues relating to performance. The end goal is to be a first line of support for internal teams and provide first class service to publishers.The ideal candidate would be a results driven person with high attention to detail. The candidate should have a variety of communication skills, such as being able to explain complex things in a brief way, and handle communication with various stakeholders. This role is 100% remote with working hours in the Eastern (New York) time zone (9:30-6:30 PM).Responsibilities and DutiesMaintaining client onboarding while assisting the account management teamCommunicate (both verbal and written) with clients and internal teams to explain products and implementation schedulesAssess technical feasibility stemming from sales/client requests and translate that feedback to the Product teamRespond to ad hoc technical concerns & problems as well as ensuring smooth implementation & launchHelp identifying partner issues related to the ad performanceCollaborate cross-functionally with the Account Management team to achieve upsell initiativesContribute to internal documentation furthering development of the department as a wholeQualificationsProfessional Competencies A minimum of 2 years experience in a client-facing role with a background in advertising technology (Google Ad Manager)Experience using the Aniview video platform, technical setup, and ad-ops, including an understanding of VAST integrationExperienced in web site architecture and front-end development (i.e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Basic understanding of Product/Project Management fundamentalsEfficient with Google Suite platform (Docs, Sheets, Slides, GMail)Experience in using Chrome developer tools & Chrome publisher consoleExperience using Kibana and TableauCultural CompetenciesHigh attention to detail, especially when multitaskingMust be able to work primarily between the hours of 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM ETStrong English communication skillsAbility to juggle multiple projects concurrently and set and meet deadlinesCollaborative mindset and great teamwork skillsEntrepreneurial & adaptable; great learning skillsCurious, research-minded, data-informedAble to search for possible solutions and apply themCreative confidenceProactive communicatorA sense of humor and a love of online cultureThrives in a start-up cultureThe Insticator ValuesWe recruit, promote, and reward based off of our three core values:Sleeves Up - At Insticator we provide the autonomy and creativity needed to own your role, iterate where needed and drive impact on a massive scale100% Viewability - Insticator is passionate about open feedback at all levels of the company.
