- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with React + experience as a Tech Lead;
- In-depth experience with React.js and TypeScript;
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3;
- Good knowledge of RESTful API, GraphQL and asynchronous request processing;
- Experience with Git version control and collaborative development processes.
What you will be required to do:
- Lead and mentor the React development team, providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design and implement new features for web applications.
- Develop responsive web interfaces ensuring optimal performance, accessibility and user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable and efficient code.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project specifications.
- Collaborate with backend developers and web designers to improve usability and achieve product goals.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends to ensure the team uses best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards within the team.
