Tech Lead PHP (Laravel) in Promodo

We are looking for a PHP Tech Lead (Laravel) for our in-house development team.

It is important for us:

• Experience as a Tech Lead/Team Lead PHP (Laravel) at least 2 years
• Experience of working with PHP framework Laravel for at least 5 years (combined experience of Laravel + Symfony is possible, but the share of laravel should be greater)
• Understanding and skills in applying the principles OOP, design patterns, DRY/SOLID, etc.
• Successful experience of building projects on microservice architecture
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Construction of highly loaded services, design and optimization of databases
• Experience of working with REST API (construction of service architecture, as well asfrom integration with third-party services)
• Experience with Git
• Knowledge of the Vue.js frontend framework
• Experience with Google API will be a big advantage
• Experience with queues (redis)

Basic tasks :

• Active participation in the full development cycle, from design (both architecture in general and individual modules, databases data, Rest API) before the launch and further development of the product;
• Finalization and improvement of current projects;
• Take an active part in the implementation of new product solutions and develop their architecture;
• Quality control of the team's code writing, help with troubleshooting as needed, discussing proposals for solutions to problems;
• Responsibility for the team's output and constant interaction with it, willingness to teach and share code
< li>It is NOT necessary to manage a team, there is PM for task management, but you need to assess their complexity when planning.
