Since the very beginning, Ekreative has been committed to giving away a significant portion of our profit on a monthly basis to various charities, influencing thousands of lives.We are looking for a Tech Lead (Node.js+React.js), who will become a part of our talented team and will actively participate in project development and support.City: Cherkasy, Lviv, remote (Ukraine)We are looking for:7+ years in software development and system design (or at least 3 years in a senior engineering leading role)Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and ReactSolid experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) and SQL databases (preferably Postgres)Knowledge of Flutter is a plusEnglish: at least Upper-intermediate (B2)Experience with high-load systems, microservices, and cloud solutionsSkilled in scalable and reliable code developmentInfrastructure experience with AWS, TerraformKnowledge of secure system design and monitoring toolsAligning technical solutions with business strategiesStrategic thinking and big-picture product developmentStrong communication and process-building skillsFlexibility to adapt and make decisions in uncertaintyCommitment to continuous learning and self-developmentThe impact you’ll have:Develop a long-term technical strategy that works for stakeholders.
