Main responsibilities:
— Building the architecture of new and improving the technological component of existing products;
— Evaluation of new projects;
— Making strategic decisions on the introduction of new tools and technologies that will improve the team's efficiency and the quality of our products;
— Ensuring compliance of our technical solutions with modern security protocols and reliability and performance standards;
— Optimization of production and technological processes (coding standards, deployment processes);
— Conducting interviews;
— Mentoring and code-review (quality of code and technical solutions);
— Cooperation with customers and stakeholders to agree on technical requirements.
< p>ÂMain requirements:
— From 5 years of commercial experience with various frameworks and technologies;
— Leadership thinking (not executive);
— Constant monitoring and implementation of the latest trends in the technological field, including AI technologies;
— Cases of successful technological upgrade of the team;Â
— Experience in team organization and project management;
— English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Desired skills:
Hard skills:
— Deep understanding of modern frameworks and technologies as a Front-end , as well as on the Back-end, as well as databases and DevOps practices;
— Knowledge of architectural principles and design patterns;
— Implementation and compliance with security standards;Â
— Experience with version control tools (GIT);
— Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
— Experience with test automation and managing infrastructure as code (Infrastructure as Code);
— Strategic thinking (you look two steps ahead and calculate all possible risks);
— Systematic (you understand the basic principles minimalism, you know how to set priorities and structure large volumes of data).

— Initiative and proactivity ( you are always looking for innovations and generating ideas that will increase the efficiency of the team and the quality of projects);
- Responsibility (you understand the importance of deadlines, so even if something does not go according to plan, you will inform about it in advance so that we can work together found a common solution);
