Tech Lead in StaffPoland Sp. z o.o.

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Tech Lead to take charge of the technical direction and execution of our projects. If you have a strong background in software development, a talent for team leadership, and the ability to deliver complex technical solutions, we would love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Oversee project planning, system architecture design, and ensure code quality.
• Team Management: Distribute tasks, mentor team members, and conduct code reviews.
• Development and Maintenance: Build and maintain applications using React, React Native, and Python.
• Cloud and Server Management: Manage and optimize infrastructure on AWS and OVH servers.
• System Reliability: Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of systems.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and business analysis teams to achieve project goals.
• Strategic Development: Contribute to the development of strategies for technical infrastructure growth.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Tech Lead or a similar role.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of React, React Native, and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and server management (e.g., OVH).
  • Ability to design application architecture and provide optimal technical solutions.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (preferred).
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a development team.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for tackling complex technical challenges.
• Initiative: High level of responsibility and proactive approach to work.
• English Proficiency: Good command of English for documentation and team communication.
• Machine Learning: Understanding of LLM models and the ability to make technical decisions related to ML tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microservices: Experience with microservices architecture.
• Mobile Development: Knowledge of mobile app development and publishing to App Store/Google Play.
• Startup Experience: Familiarity with working in fast-paced startup environments or rapidly growing companies.
