On this role you will manage a team of 3 engineers, optimize technical support processes, improve office infrastructure and innovate. We do not have bureaucracy, and your ideas can change the processes on the entire organization. - Experience management of a technical support team (from 3 engineers) and process construction;
-a deep understanding of network infrastructure (VLAN, QOS, Rutting) Diagnosis, TRABLSHuting, Optimization and Control of Devices;
-Experience Working with MDM systems (Jamf, Fleetdm or Kandji);
