Supervisor of the team in the call center/Team Lead in Ensuria Technologies OU

We are currently looking for a Supervisor/Tim lead Teams of Care (Georgian team) with a schedule of 5/2 from 09:00 to 18:00.

Main duties:

Organization of effective team work;
Formation of the team's monthly work schedule;
Daily control of applications from clients and entering data into systems;
Communication with clients and partners;
Analysis of team performance;
Reporting for clients and management;
Improving processes to improve team performance;
Control of team knowledge and performance of KPIs

Requirements:

Well developed analytical thinking
Knowledge of English - not lower than Upper-Intermediate (B2) (conducting written and oral communication with the team, clientand partners)
Competent oral and written communication in Ukrainian
Multitasking: skills of effective time planning and prioritization
Stress resistance: the ability to quickly solve problematic issues
Orientation on achieving goals, not just doing the bare minimum requirements
High level of personal responsibility
Insurance experience would be an advantage
Willingness to learn and develop, openness to new things
