Team Leader / Supervisor / Project Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic leader to develop a team of international brand consultants. You will be responsible for the selection, training and motivation of the team, as well as for achieving the set goals.

Main tasks:

< li>Recruitment, training and motivation of a team of consultants/sales managers/international brand representatives
• Planning, setting goals (KPI's), organization, control and evaluation of service delivery by consultants
• Training and timely reporting

Requirements:

• Communicability, availability of a wide range of potential candidates - representatives-consultants/sales managers/ of brand representatives
• Strategic thinking, ability to set priorities
• Initiative and proactive approach to solving tasks
• High level of self-organization and discipline
• Knowledge of programs MS Office at the level of a confident user
• Availability of a car and driver's license category "B" (preferred)
• Similar experience
• Completed higher education (will be considered an advantage)< strong>
