We expect from you:

• 1 year of experience in sales (mandatory)< /b>;
• Fluency in office programs (1C and CRM);
• Attention to details;
• Responsibility;
• Able to work in multitasking mode;
• Communicability, purposefulness, work for a result;
• Desire to grow and develop. 
  
  Functional position:
  
  50% of time:
• Planning, organizing and controlling the work of employees
• Creation of new business processes, improvement of existing ones
• Training of personnel in sales techniques, creation, implementation and monitoring of script execution

• Search for new clients, analysis and improvement of work with existing ones
• Adaptation of new employees        
• Development and implementation of motivation       In the case of a high workload of the department (50% of the time):
• Reception and processing requests for the selection of spare parts (glass and components for installing auto glass) (B24/BAS/ mail, messengers, phone)
• Selection of spare parts and components, work with invoices
• Sale of additional services (tinting, polishing headlights, covering glass with armor film, covering the body with anti-gravel film, applying a protective coating, etc.)
• Communication with the company's divisions, regarding the timely completion of all stages necessary to fulfill the agreements with the client
• Supporting the client from the moment of receiving the request until the installation is carried out
