Team Leader (Risk Department) in BetGenius

In connection in connection with the expansion, we are looking for a Team Leader (Risk Department).

Requirements :

• Experience with accounts (creation, activity, transfer of data to another department).

• Managerial skills.

• Experience in hiring and coaching a team.

• Betting or BC experience.

• Knowledge of English at the level of a confident user of Internet resources.

• Competent written and oral communication.

• Experience with arbitration would be an advantage!

Responsibilities:

• Department management (3-5 employees).

• monitoring and implementation of the department's main KPIs.

• Setting tasks and managing processes.

• Training of new employees.

• Control over the quality of the team's work.

• Analysis of the situation in different markets.
